Long time no write

It's been a while since the last post. It's not that it has been boring here, quite the opposite. I've just been busy/lazy. Anyways, here's briefing of last days' happenings.

Well Friday was another school day (as Sat+Sun) and nothing special went on. The unit we're now having is by far the most boring that I'll even have here, Marketing of Financial Products. Gsus, marketing (sry K.). But the lecturer is nice so I guess I'll survive. Saturday was pretty boring until school was out. In the evening we (me, Byron and some dude) went to the Swans' game that is aussie football game. The game was played at the Olympic Park Telstra stadium and was exciting. Even though the crowd was behaving themselves and wasn't even close as loud as in Europe the atmosphere was great. And we won! That was the game that secured Sydney's place in play offs. Looking forward to finals. After the game we went to a rugby club to watch Wallabies' game against S. Africa which we lost. But I really don't have the enthusiasm to follow rugby so I didn't mind the result. The beer was cheap...

On Sunday after lectures Helge (german dude) asked if I wanted to join farewell party that was thrown for another german dude, Ulf. So I went there and met lots of new people. The party was alright but I mainly had in mind the upcoming home ride which I hadn't. So around one o'clock I left and was eventually back home later. Damn back country of Quaker's Hill.

Monday was pretty hectic as I had to finish my Fin. Modelling assignments and to prepare for the exam. And that was on Tuesday. It actually went pretty well or that's how I'd like to believe but I almost missed it because of our transportation "system".

The weather here has been great for the last week. The temperature's been around +25 so how's that for a winter day? I'm actually afraid of the summer...
